I had a capital one credit card. I had lost my job and counldnt pay for a while. It was charged off. Originally was $300.00 credit. Then pressler and pressler had bought it somehow never even knew when or how, now they want my car, my house, my bank account, my clothes and personal items. I cant see how this is legal, and making over $2,000 on it. It is crazy and they are gonna take my vehicle so i cant get to work and start paying they are gonna throw me out on the street with my 5 kids? Have they no morals? I need someone that will fight for me and i heard pressler and pressler is nasty and dont care as long as they keep ripping people off and getting away with it theres nothing that can be done to these heartless people
