Sales Pressure

These guys are a bunch of LIARS! They are posting false ads on the internet. On June 18th, I purchased Dave Cokin's 10 star baseball game of the day for $25. He picked the St. Louis Cardinals to beat the K.C. Royals. His ad stated in black and white: "This 10 star baseball game must win. If it doesn't win, you receive Dave Cokin's baseball picks for the remainder of June for FREE! On June 19th, JimFeist.com never e-mailed me their baseball game of the day. They never called me on my cell phone to give me Dave Cokin's baseball game of the day. I was FORCED into having to call Jim Feist's office on the phone. I told the person who answered the phone: "I am calling because Dave Cokin's 10 star baseball game LOST the night before.

Instead of giving me Dave Cokin's baseball game of the day for June 19th, the dude who answered the phone asked me: "How much money did you bet on the Cardinals last night?" I told him $200. He then stated that I was a high roller.in fact, I am not a high roller. The dude said I was only supposed to bet around $25 on the game. Why in the world would a person bet $25 on a game that he had to shell out $25 to purchase on JimFeist.com? Is that dumb, or what?

The dude was just trying to make it appear as if I had some sort of gigantic bankroll. He wound up charging me $5,300 for the remainder of the baseball season, and $20,000 for Dave Cokin's picks during the football season. On the baseball, the dude claimed that the public had to pay $1000 in order to receive some of the games that I would be receiving. Yeah, right. On the football, he claimed that I would be paying $7,500 for Dave Cokin's picks during the entire football season. The dude then told me that Dave Cokin charges $12,500 a month for totals during the football season. But, he would give me the entire football season for only $12,500. What a great deal. The entire football season (approximately 20 weeks) for $20,000. That only works out to $1000 a week!

When I didn't have enough credit available on my credit cards, a different man called me the following day, June 20th. The man said lets finish off these great deals. Do you have another credit card available that can be used to pay off the balance? JimFeist.com still wasn't happy. The guy said to me: "We have what is known as "Big Shot" plays in baseball. Dave Cokin sells these picks for $12,500. These games win 80% of the time.

By the time these 2 guys finished their SELLING PRESSURE on me, I had spent $40,000. Whatever happened to the FREE picks that I was supposed for the remainder of June from Dave Cokin if the St. Louis Cardinals lost to the K.C. Royals on June 18th? The dude who I first spoke with on June 19th said: "Don't worry. You will get your FREE games." Until today, I have not received one of Dave Cokin's 10 star picks for FREE. This is false advertising! Because of the false advertisement, i was forced to call jimfeist.com and ask: "what is your free 10 star baseball game of the day".

i never intended on calling jim feist's office on june 19th. Why would I want to pay $40,000 for Dave Cokin's services the day after one of his 10 star baseball game LOST? I wouldn't!
