I purchased two homes when i had this cell one account. All of my bills had to be paid off, a credit report was run and everything was paid off. I have currently been at this address for more than two years and all of a sudden, just now i have been getting harrasing phone calls to pay this account. When i asked why nothing has been mailed and no phone calls were made until now there was no response. My mom has been at this address for 20 years and, she said she has never gotten a call or letter from this company. I am a single mom with two young children and currenty having medical issues which is prompting a short leave from work, i dont need this harrasment on a bill which i dont even owe on.
