In December I sold a beautiful Million dollar home to Mr. Charles Cameron Swain and wife Tonya Swain. The agreement was for them to take over my mortgage payments and pay me a $21,000 sum over 9 months. They were also supposed to make moves to repair their credit so that the mortgages could be refinanced into their names within two years or less. Mr. Charles Cameron Swain so conveniently offered to draft the documents himself, which to someone who understands plain English (such as myself), the documents looked in our favor and legitimate. Mr. Charles Swain moved in my home on December 1, since then, he has made one payment to myself for the $21,000 note and 2 mortgage payments, both times late. The home mortgage has not been paid since February and Mr. Swain and family continue to distroy my credit by living in a Million dollar home rent and mortgage free. Mr. And Mrs. Charles Swain have a history of being evicted from approximately 7 different apartment buildings over the past 5 years. Charles Cameron Swain and Tonya Swain have outstanding judgements they have not paid, while living for free at the expense of others. Mr. Swain is a California attorney, who uses his law degree as a criminal. Mr. Charles Cameron Swain has more cases defending himself currently than ones he is representing. The Swains have managed to get away with judgements by filing for bankruptsy 2 times within 7 years, first Charles Cameron Swain and later Tonya Swain (you can not file more than one time in 8 years so they conveniently did it seperately in order to be able to file twice). My home is going to be forclosed and credit ruined now. I have spent countless money since March in court and will continue to do so. These people are highly immoral and set me up so that they could live for free while Mr. Swain struggles to make ends meet as a starving attorney. Mr. Swain was infact fired from a Collection agency he represented by sending the secretary naked pictures of himself. This man does not know how to conduct business. He uses his law degree as a shield and has dragged everything in court out to cost me more so he can live for free. Mr. Charles Cameron Swain is a thief and I intend to continue my complaint with the California State Bar and will pursue a fraud judgement so that Mr. Swain can no longer practice law and Mrs. Tonya Swain will know how it feels to have to go back to work like I had to and put my children in day care to pay the legal fees. The tables will turn one day. God is on the side of the just and moral, not the Swains.
