They took out 49.50 from my debit card without me authorizing it

I had ordered the grant research guide for 1.95 they didnot say anything about 49.50 fee to be taken from my debit card and they didnot give a phone number to even contact them but when i went on the sight after finding out they charged my debit card i wrote a note under contacts and they contacted me with an email and was telling me about the fee and telling me that i agreed to it when ipayed the 1.95 from my debit card i dont want to see things like this happen to anyone else so please dont go on this gov grant sight thanks because they might not refund you money.
