The mattress professionals are professional hustlers, business men out for a quick buck, but its worse, they have NO shame

I was interested in getting a good matress due to my back problems, I first went to sleepys. There was a sales man there who seemed to dedicate his time to me finding the mattress of my choice.

I was not very impressed with the matress's they had available at the time but the man stayed in my ear, telling me all the good things he could offer me, along with a discounted price of a few hundred dollars. I finally gave me my business. I really did not think the matress was that good for as much as it cost. So I went to Raymore and Flanigan afterwards.

I found the matress of my dreams. So I called sleepy's to cancel my order and explained that I found a matress for less money and that fit me better. The gentlemen on the telephone then said that he could give me my original mattress for alittle over a 1000$. This figure was Half the original amount. Every time I turned around Sleepy's was on my phone.

I finally went back into Sleepys and explained the mattress I was interested in. A new sales person spoke to me and stated that he found the matress online at another sleepy's warehouse but this mattress had a different name and the name was different due to how the mattress industry sells mattress's thoughout the country.

He said "THE ONLY THING DIFFERENT IS THE DESIGN", I spoke to this man for about and hour and gave me a mattress history. Finally he threw in pillows, sheets, and a hundred more dollars off then the other place. I still paid over 1,500$.

It was a Sterns and Foster golden pavillion, firm plush. I went threw with it. I got my mattress and immeaditly recognized a difference, then I researched the mattress of my dreams to the fake. Sleepy's mattress was 3 cm smaller, the cusion was different, and it did have a very different design (that was one of the few true things I was told).

I tried to call the gentlement who encouraged me to go back to sleepy's and no response, I tried a couple more times, but no response, everyone I tried to talk to about it, told me I was not in the right department, and so forth. I called the salesman who personally sold me the mattress and gave me all the nice useless information, and he told me to call sleepys customer service, again that is where I started this misson.

Finally I gave up, with in no time th mattress sinks in, almost caves in, I rotate the mattress constantly with little to no relief, I only had the mattress for a couple of weeks when it began this, mind you I only weigh 123 pounds. Now currently I have the mattress for about 9months and it feels so bad on my back, I am beginning to think about just buying a cheap used one.

That mattress was suppose to be a Investment, give me peace of mind and let me get a bearable nights sleep with my back problems. The only thing I learned from that sales man through all that nonsense is

People spend alot of money on their couchs but spend 1/3 of their life in their bed and sleep on mattress's that are not good for their back, a mattress is one of the most important peices of furniture a person has in their house.

Yeah, they were right, now it is painful to wake up and uncomfortable to go to sleep, I get minimal relief for about a night or two once I rotate it but it does not last long and hurts my back even worse having to cont. To move it around.

Be wise and be careful from slick and sly people, espically those that dedicate to much time to convince you there way or product is the BEST ONE FOR YOU
