Progress Rail is the worse employer ever! At Decoursey Car Shop there is one employee that runs the show. The previous plant manager was very verbally abusive to his employees and wasn't dealt with properly they actually moved him to a better position after they received the horrid employee satisfaction survey results that just ripped him, then they replaced him with one of his good buddies. There has been 6 females that have lost their jobs in that office and there is one common denominater in all of it and she still works there, she adds no value to this company and why they keep her is absurd, she has been in multiple investigations concerning issues there and it always results in the others getting terminated, her last escipade involved unauthorized access to HR computers and then reporting them for improper use of email they were fired and she is still there and training the new HR person that she will set up to fail. The treatment by her and the plant manager to the shop employees is horrible, confidential info about employees is being spread all over, they aren't getting any recoginition for the good work they do, the pay is sub standard. The small group that runs the show there continues to degrade and harrass ex-employees, don't work for this company unless you want a lifetime prescription of Prozac, these people don't care about their employees only their little clique of weirdos!!! Everytime someone is termed the confidential details of the terminations are well known to everyone in the company, and they make a mockery out of it, one of the girls they just termed they stole an object out of her office that she had left behind and took it to the previous plant managers house (along with the lady they refuse to get rid of) and put the object in a camp fire chanting her name as if it was some celebration, that is insane, grow up, its amazing a company is aware of these instances and protects employees like this, finding a new job couldn't come fast enough for me! The previous plant manager made a list of people he wanted to get rid of and they are going right down that list, with the help of his buddy and (the woman that won't go away)! You could go on all day about the scenarios that have taken place in this shop, there is one termed employee that has had to get a police report against (the woman they won't get rid of and a supervisor because on work time they drove up the rode where the termed employee puts her child on the bus, to sit in the parking lot and stalk her, an intimidation thing, like haha I got you termed. Its disgraceful, I strongly advise anyone against working for this circus!
