I paid in excess of $20K for the purchase of 5 machines that never generated as much as a penny in profit despite all of my efforts. Red Bull claimed it was impotent in its ability to place these machines, despite the vast resources at its disposal.instead, they conspired with their local distributors to keep machine owners out of the market. Once we were kept out long enough, they then pressed us into the sale of those unused machines at prices 60% less than the value paid. Those machines later ended up placed in venues that Red Bull claimed they were unable to assist us in placing.
Red Bull cheated cheated hundreds and hundreds of people out of their money, by providing the means and instrumentalities for an independent contractor (as they have characterized Creative Concepts Of America) to engage in deceptive acts and practices.ccA promised protected territories and placement assistance of the machines as well as characterizing those that purchased the machines as "Authorized Vendors". Then when CCA suddenly went bankrupt, Red Bull claimed they had no idea what CCA had promised and that they would not honor CCA's agreement with us. This, despite that fact that Red Bull had previously issued letters stating that they were in full support of CCA's marketing efforts as the exclusive re-seller of Red Bull licensed machines.
Red Bull has sued companies all over the world for what they perceive as the slightest infringement upon their brand and logo, yet they expect us to believe they had no idea what CCA was offering, despite CCA's use of the general media, including Internet websites such as "Franchise Solutions", "FranchiseGator" and others.
Red Bull North American also claimed they did not intend to gain financial advantage from the relationship with CCA. They expected us to believe that they offered their corporate logo and brand name to what turned out to be a criminal enterprise, for nothing. They are suggesting that we believe that they offered this buy/sell arrangement that offered no benefit to RBNA at all.
When presented with the facts, who could believe that RBNA was unaware that CCA was advertising the sale of Red Bull machines and authorized verndorships? Yet Red Bull claims they were completely deceived by CCA, a company run out of a two room office in Ft Lauderdale Fla. They are also denying that there is any contractual arrangement between them and those of us who purchased their machines because they claim their independent contractor operated independently and without their consent
Red Bull has proven itself to be a vicious and greedy company. It is not an American company, and thus there should be particular outrage when a foreign company is allowed to operate within the confines of the territory of the United States, ripping off hard working Americans. They have sales in excess of 2.5 Billion per year, according to Forbes and their CEO, Deitrich Mateschitz is worth 2.4 billion, the 317th richest person on earth, also according to Forbes. Yet this company claims it can't make whole the Americans it ripped off, some of whom includes soldiers currently serving in Iraq, young widows, and retired school teachers.
It is a disgrace that this company is allowed to sell its products in this country at all.
