I recently noticed some fraudulent charges placed on my checking account from a payee entitled EZ Saver. I did a little googling and found numerous reports here on usacomplaints.com. Unlike many of the other posters, I was able to contact EMI and they are supposedly going to refund me the money taken from my account. I spoke to a rep, who did not have an employee ID # but did give me his name. Supposedly EZ Saver sent me some sort of mailer listing what my "membership" entitled me. Like many of the other posters, I never received any sort of notification of this membership and what it offered me.
I have filed a complaint with the better business bureau of Wash DC and am reporting this to my Bank with further details IN PERSON later this after.in addition, I'm going to attempt further support via a local newsstation "Help Me Hank".
