I paid for products on the web site which I never Recieved

Do Not buy from walmart.com. I paid for product 5 week ago from the site to store they send me a email to go and pick it up. Nobodys can find my order

I've been to the store 5 times and you cant cancel the order with walmart.com theres no one to talk to. My advice dont buy from walmart.
