I receieved a letter in the mail from CRM Rewards Department stating that they had been trying to reach me. It was very important that I call them. Before I did anything I googled the name of the company and found several reports of a scam and how false they were. So thanks to those reports I did not waste my time calling these people and losing things that might never have been replaced if anything was to really happen.
