Took $37.00 from me said I was pre approved and had a 60 day refund of money aggreement if I was not satisfied

I paid this company $37.00 they said I was preapproved for a Platinum card approval #0592,671, 0541 service # 2F3X, 4AL, 3NFU It has been over one month since they cashed my check I have not gotten anmything else.
