These companies look like they should be twins stuck to the hip. Here are the reports on Advantel Telemarketing. Check them out. The following are reports on usacomplaints.com

AdvanTel Telemarketing Plus, Company was to provide appointments acquired through telemarketing. The appointments were fake since nobody was willing to meet, West Bridgewater Massachusetts

Just to list a few...

Here are a few of the reports online that I came across:

The owner David Andrae had promised we would receive qualified appointment leads. He stated he will be able to deliver 10 to 15 appointments that next week or more if we wanted. This was on our telephone conversation on November 6 that conversation was with a co-worker of mine of Appleton (another victim), myself, and David Andrae. There are three of us in Wisconsin all having separate projects that started around 11/20 and have not received one legitimate appointment/lead in a span of 130 days. TouchCall has received $2,500 from the three of us = $7,500. TouchCall also took a second unauthorized withdrawal of $2,500 from one of us. David Andrae also stated that we would be able to review our account on line and be able on a daily bases, call in and listen to the Telemarketing agents live while making the calls (This is not available as well). We were to also have weekly meetings with the manager of our account - Christina Ang (they do not return any calls). David Andrae had also promised if I would refer other customers to them that I would receive 5 appointments free. Well now I know why he can afford that (He doesn't deliver on the first 25). David Andrae does not hold up to his promises. So now myself and two other co workers are in the process of going after them. Once a crook always a crook.

UPDATE! 12/14-ADVANTEL (SCAM-TEL)—JUDGEMENT AWARDED TO LOCAL COMPANY WHO SUED ADVANTEL!
It's amazing what kind of information you can find out when someone really gets under your skin... After registering our complaint with the Mass. Attorney General's Office of our own dealing's (getting ripped-off) by the people at Advantel... The kind woman i had the pleasure of speaking with at the A.G. Office suggested i contact the Brockton, Mass.

District Court to see if by chance anyone else has had the pleasure of seeing these 'bottom-feeders' in court... And imagine my dismay... There's a company out of mass. Called 'idea 34 communications' that appears to be another (out of the many) that ADVANTEL TELEMARKETING / TOUCH CALL SOLUTIONS tried to put the screws to. I was able to contact the president of idea 34, and he was kind enough to tell me about his experience with ADVANTEL. He went to court, and the owner of ADVANTEL—DAVID ANDRE appeared on ADVANTEL'S behalf. Bottom line, ADVANTEL HAD TO REIMBURSE these people, and the judgement was awarded to idea 34 communications. Although idea 34 was unable to re-coop ALL of their loss, they DID get reimbursed for a good portion. And being the phone-call avoiding parasite he is, I'm sure it was worth losing a few bucks just to see this guy's face in court.

At this point, we will be filing a small claim with the Brockton, Mass. District Court, and the kind gentleman with idea 34 will be more than happy to assist my company in any way he can.
Good luck to all of you who may pursue doing the same.

These people have to be the most decietful, scrupulous bunch of idiot savants i have EVER dealt with in my 20 yrs.in the marketing industry. My company paid these tool-bags $2,695.00 for the 'perfect lead' program, where they guaranteed us they'd supply us leads until we had 25 sales.

Since the inception of our agreement with these douchebags, they've sent us sperratic emails here and there, of what they consider 'lead' information. I handle all aspects of scheduling, setting and confirming of the appointments that our sales reps are to run, and i can say with 100% conviction not a single one of the 'leads' as they called them sent to us were worth the time it took to them to send. Totally bogus information, 100%. Upon trying to confirm the 'appointments', I'd either be on the phone trying to talk to someone that didn't speak a word of english... I'd find out that what they in fact called a 'homeowner' was in fact a renter with no equity what-so-ever... Or for the most part, when I tried to confirm any of the 'crap-calibur' information they'd email me, the homeowners would swear that they never spoke with anyone to schedule an appointment, or even better&they have a brand new home and no interest in doing anything to their house.

I've talked to Christina Russell (who was suppose to be our account manager) on several occasions—and never once got any type of useful information, except for the promise to send us 'replacement leads'... My response to her was, 'WHY THE H*L WOULD I WANT 'REPLACEMENT LEADS' WHEN YOU'RE JUST GOING TO SEND ME THE SAME TYPE OF BOGUS CRAP AS YOU HAVE SINCE DAY ONE?!?'

Next, i spoke with Mark Hoenig, who was just as unhelpful as Christina. For being one of the owners of the company, you'd think this guy would have his clients' best interests at hand. But no. Another douchebag. Same 'pass the buck' mentality. And to think the guy said 'well. I'm sorry Christina hasn't returned any of your calls, but she's been taking care of her sick mother who is dying.' Honestly? —speaking for myself. I have a heart of gold. But at this point... I have not recieved ONE... NOT ONE legitimate lead or appointment, &they can look for sympathy elsewhere.

When i brought up the fact that my office is right out of New Hampshire, and I, along with our marketing manager and the owner of my company would be more than happy to make the drive to their office and meet with them to see if there by chance was an 'amicable' resolution to things... I was told—'We don't meet with our clients'... Again—wouldn't a legitimate business owner have the best thoughts of the client in mind, and do whatever it would take to make things right? One would only think so.

And... Dee Mckenna? Back to my 'garbage barge out to sea' reference... She should in fact be the one paddling that barge. Her customer service skills are straight out of the gutter, and to know she's employed as a customer service representative baffles me.

All said and done, we are currently seeking legal action against Advantel / Touch call solutions, and would gladly welcome any other company who's had the same experience to contact us. We will be seeking 100% of our initial investment back, damages.

AdvanTel Telemarketing Plus ripoff West Bridgewater Massachusetts
Man this company is really really a total rip off I finally received an email from Maria Miller telling me that the list had been sent to my AFLAC email address, although we had been using my Road Runnder address for ALL transactions.

What a crock. The 5000 business list was reduced to 3000. I was told they telemarketed 2000 business and that these businesses already contacted should not be re-contacted, Why? Because they more than likely were never contacted.

Ms Miller also claimed that the original person who was telemarketing for me was not doing a good job and was FIRED. So to be fair to me, they telemarketed 1000 more businesses for FREE. Free my @x*. It cost me 750.00 and I got nothing. The list was a total joke. I had trailer park addresses. WHAT? Yes TRAILER PARK addresses.

Here's a response I received when I inquired as to what was happening with my account:

Tim,
I understand your predicament, but before you accuse us of not getting you any leads, let me just tell you what happened.

Your free telemarketing campaign started 3 weeks ago, we started with an individual who didn't do a good job. This person got you only one lead. We moved your campaign over to our call center and completed another 10 hours of free telemarketing. This time we got you 5 leads. We sent those leads over along with the list on the week of the 23rd.

So in summary, you paid for a list and got 20 hours of free telemarketing of which you got a total of 6 leads.

We gave you those extra 10 hours because I knew of your circumstances and wanted to make sure that you got some leads to work with. We also felt it was unfair that your original telemarketer did not do a great job. This person is no longer employed by us.

Jana called me this morning and expressed her concern in strong terms regarding the campaign. She claims that she did not receive anything, not one e-mail or anything from us. That is simply not true. We did send them and today at my request, my office resent the entire list and leads to you.

She also left a message for the owner of the company that we will not speak about because I am too professional to repeat the language that was used.

As I have said in the past, Advantel does care for their clients. But under no circumstances do we guarantee sales. We can produce leads, and appointments, but we cannot make the sale for you. Under the contract that was signed, we held up our end of the contract. We called 1000 names for free, (twice actually) and sent you those leads and the list. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your money, since you only paid for the list. We cannot refund on anything that we didn't charge you for.

Please understand the position we are in. We have done our best for you and of course, we were willing to give more since we felt you deserved a better telemarketer.

Regards,

Maria Miller
Advantel Telemarketing

Now here's a second email telling me the leads were sent to my AFLAC email account, although ALL correspondence was being passed using my Road Runner Account:

Tim,
This is the third time we have sent you the list and leads. Prior to this we have been sending to this address timothy_takacs@us. Aflac.com. This address was in the file. Your official fax letterhead had this e-mail address on it.

Now I am sending to your wife's address, the following:

6 leads
list of names

Maria Miller

I NEVER GOT 6 LEADS. I receied one lead with all contact information as agreed too. I received one lead with a name and email address.

This company was supposed to contact the business, and SET THE APPOINTMENT. With the decision makers full name, address, phone number, fax number and email address along with their title.

Do not use advantel.

I will be contacted the private AFLAC message board reporting this to warn any other potential victims of this deceptive company.

Advantel Telemarketing ripoff did not fulfill services paid for very unhelpful in trying to get info after they received the money from us West Bridgewater Massachusetts
We were told that we would receive 'free' telemarketing for a week, meaning receiving applications, leads, etc. If we were to buy a targeted list from their company. We gave them our criteria of homeowners, credit scores above 550, revolving debt of atleast 20k, 80% ltv or less, loan amount of atleast 75K currently.

Once we purchased the list for $750.00, we did not even get the list for almost a week. When we did receive it, we recognized a lot of the addresses on it were of section 8 government housing projects, which of course were not current homeowners, so we immediately called the company, and we have been trying to get somewhere with them for the past 2 weeks, and nothing. We have done 2 conference calls. We cannot even reach the initial person we spoke with. I have called and left messages and sent several emails. We have been ripped off! We just want to make other people aware of what has happened to us!!! Jen

The point that I am trying to get across is Superior Telemarketing has as many bad reports, Carisa Sanders changes her name to suit her at the moment. Can we say something to the effect that makes you think of the words split personality? There are alot of similarities between the two.
