I am writing on behalf of Sprint's breaking my contract then turning me over to collections. They claimed I was not paying them. That was not so. I was making payments. It just wasn't the minimum that they wanted.
As a result, Sprint turned me over to collections - RPM. They said I owed them $900.00 as a result of their canceling my contract. However, RPM told me Sprint was in error, and that I only owed $300 dollars.
I always thought people were turned over to collections for paying no money at all! That's my understanding of nonpayment. As a result, I couldn't get to my online albums that I had already paid for. I still want my albums.
I was told I could still get them, but when I tried, because Sprint canceled my contract, my user name and password were no longer valid. I just thought I'd air out my frustrations.
