Madison Who's Who isn't what they present on the internet or phone. Within one hour of speaking with them I tried to cancel my order-did research after saying ok. Finally got Ryan Thomas, Finance Dept. To cancel my order the next day. Now that was in March. I finally was able to send package back unopened. Today I rec'd new package, which is going back unopened. I am challenging the $9.95 they are trying to charge my credit card.
WATCH OUT—say No and hang up. These are sophisticated, prepared, "professionals" who have all the correct words. But they are thieves and liars. Hang up is your best action, beside informing the Attorney General in your state about them.
