Did poor work Messed up my teeth and mouth & mouth Ignore or rufuse to do anything about it

They did unnecessary work on my teeth. I had nice teeth. I only needed two crowns. They pulled unnecessary teeth to make bridges where only a crown was needed. They did a terrible job on the bridges and refused to fix them.

At on point I went to have a bridge cemented in, as they won't stay in. The doctor doing the work said the work that had been done in my mouth was a mess. Not knowing it was her office that had done the work, she wrote a full page letter how the bridges needed to all be redone. Then placed it in my chart.

I live out of state now. I was going to return to CA to have the work redone, as the doctor put that letter in my chart. When I asked Western Dental for a copy of my chat they had taken out the letter. All my pre op x-rays, leaving only the x-rays with all the teeth missing that they had pulled.

I sent a grievance letter to Western Dental's main office. Where I was passed around from one person to another. They made a decision that the work was done okay according to the x-rays and my chart and no letter about the poor work. I tried to explain that my charts were tampered with. That I didn't need those teeth pulled. I went in with all my teeth.

The bridges are too short. They won't stay cemented in. I can't smile anymore. My mouth is collapsing. I know need a periodontist. To see where my bite should be it's so far off. I need all new bridges on three sides of my mouth. The bridges are Broken, cracked, missing teeth. My front teeth are now chipped from hitting due to my bite being off. I'm sick about this everyday. Also one tooth where they did a root canal has broken in two. I have no way to prove the letter and pre op x-rays ever existed in my file.

I'm out of state. I can't find an attorney to take the case. I'm worn out from fighting with them. I think they do that intentionally.

They also ruined my sisters teeth permanently. And my granddaughter works as a dental assistant for another dentist. She said she has seen so many people in her office trying to get their teeth repaired after going to Western Dental.
