I asked for the free plus shipping dvd, thinking that was the end of that. Now I find $47.50 taken from my checking account. I never even listened to the dvd and had forgotten until I became overdrawn. Then I looked hard at my statement. A company I do not even use was taking money out of my account! The phone number listed was for a customer service answering place for MANY companies. They did not have a phone number for sellers lounge and could only tell me the web site. There is no way to contact them from their website. I cannot get my money back.
