Just wanted to report that this company has gone to court in Licking County Ohio and gotten a judgement without here (or my) knowledge. They also have gotten an order to garnish our checking account. We knew none of this until we got an order from the court and then a notice from our bank that they had been ordered to send funds to this company. We got less than one weeks notice. My wife is filing an appeal, but this has to be one unethical company to do something like this. I see many other postings regarding this Alan Laskin and the other two attornies involved in this. Is it not illegal to have a dept written off, then try to collect it for the full amount?
