We hired then to put a new roof on our house aroung May. About one year later we noticed a leak that damaged the roof and wall in our master bath. They fixed the roof. Frank the man that fixed it said if it doesnt work to call and they will come out and put a cricket in it place.
About 6 weeks ago we noticed the same spot was leeking again. I called on a Monday and spoke to someone who said they would call me and tell me when someone would be out to take a look at it. Almost two weeks went by and no phone call. I called again and was told someone would be out Friday. My husband took the day off so he could be here when they came and no one came.
I called the following Monday left a message and no call back. I called everyday for 2 weeks and finall a man named Camaron called and said he was going to come out and take a look at it the following day. Tuesday he came out and my husband and him went to the the leak and Camaron said a cricket should have been put there when it was fixed before. He said he would be out the following Monday. Manday he called my husband and said they did not give him the job I needed to call the office. I did and was told they were just waiting for the owner to ok the job. They would call me as soon as he gets in to let me know when they would be out.
It has been over two weeks now and no call. We have left several messages almost every day and can't get a call back. We were told by Cameron they are giving us the run around.
