Buyer Beware. This fellow comes with alot of talk. He states he can do the work cheaper and better than other companies. He wants money upfront. Don't give him money. He then wants the rest of the money and promises he will get the job done in a timely matter. Doesn't deliver that either. Tries to charge additional monies for the same gate he contracted for. Beware of this rip off.
