Horrible - Chef Tony's Smart Lidz

I was out of town and my husband ordered it... This product does not work at all!!! When i opened the package few of the lids were damaged and they even don't work i guess its a scam. We payed $30 for it!!! I wanted to know if we can reverse the charges thru credit card company? Pls help
