Eceiver in usa can't get text messages from pakistan

I am from pakistan and deliver texts to my general in us he gets and directs response but somtimes he cannot notice and obtain my wording mesages. Iam sooo upset. Please contemplate my criticism it is therefore serious. I named to my network service-center however they informed that there's no any problem discovered about my issue the thing is therein different community.
