I called the 800 for Cigarrest free 30 day trial, I was told that I would only be charged a small fee for s&h for which I was charged and paid; then the following 2 months I get charges on my credit card statement for $99 each month.
I never ordered a 3 month supply, only a 30 day free trial supply. When I called the company and spoke to customer service representatives, I asked to speak to a person in authority, they refused to let me speak to anyone there in authority, excuses such as the supervisor is in a meeting, another one said the supervisor is busy with other customers, etc.
I explained to them my disgust with the charges and wanted the charges taken off my account, they said they the best they could do is give me a 25% discount and an apology.
I will now contact my Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau and all the local media of this company with this scam.in researching this company online it seems like alot of people are and have been getting scammed of their monies by this company.
I think everyone who has been scammed by this company join together and get this company shutdown. Please contact your Attorney General, BBB and local media and post on the internet to get this company out of business now!!
