On March 5 I was contacted by loan officer Sam Jacobs (1-866-931-9034 ext 638) of Equiplus Lending Group telling me I had been approved for a $5000 dollar loan..
That all I would need to do is wire 8 months payments upfront. ($944.16) to Stacey Ann Patterson in Halifax, Ns Canada once transfer was received the lender would release the money to me. I wired the money to her on 3/7/08. Mr Jacobs assured me that the loan would be relased. Then on Monday 03/11 I received a voicemail from David Gill (1-866-231-9034 ext 152) that there was a problem with the loan and to contact him immediately.
When I contacted him he said that the lender refused to release my loan without eight more months down. When I told him Idid not have anymore money to send he became very rude and said that my money would not be returned to me for 30 days. I have called several times and left messages no one has ever returned my call. Please beware this company will ripoff you off.
