I was under the impression I was getting a kit to help with EBAY for 1.95. I have been charged two times of 59.90 and do not want to lose any more money! Will not answer the phone and when they did, when I started talking to them they immediately hung up!

I filled out a survey to get Rachael Ray cookware if I agreed to participate in two deals. I got Netflix and EBAY kit. The Netflix was okay and I have been getting movies. The EBAY kit was never received but my $1.95 was taken out so I thought I had just never received it... Then on Feb. 21st, my debit card was charged 59.90. I thought my 17 year old son had purchased something and asked him and he said he had not.

I waited for the bank statement to come so I could have a phone number but no phone number was with it. Tonight, March 20th, I was checking our online banking and saw a pre-authorization for another 59.90 to Eaction, Salt Lake City, Ut and was enraged!!! I then typed in Eauction, Salt Lake City, UT and your page came up! I am going to the bank tomorrow and see what I can do about this. I know I will have to change my debit card but I still want my money back but if this helps anyone else, then it will be worth it... I have learned my lesson and will not ever fill out surveys again!
