I would highly reconsider living at the ULOFTS. Here is a quick run down of the pros: close to campus and the night scene, appears to look nice, covered parking.
I don't think it is worth paying 695/month. I have talked to seven people and all of them are planning to move out, including myself.
Here is what I have learned from living there - You can hear everything. The loud elevator ring, your neighbor singing in the shower, your neighbor being intimate with whomever, the upstairs toilet flushing. People talking loudly in hallway at 3 am.
The car garage sucks - it is really narrow and they have metal connected the concrete which causes loud noises when people drive through it. You can hear it practically everywhere. When it rains the garage floods with water. There is only one covered parking floor with a door available so everyone tries to squeeze in the 2nd floor.
When it is really windy (like this morning) you will hear something like a metal rod hitting against another metal object at like 5 in the morning. Maintenance can't do anything.
The maintenance men sometimes don't knock and just walk into the apartment. One time they entered into my apartment at night to turn off the water.
If you get furnished - the furniture is really cheap. They only nice staff person is Ashley Logan. Everyone else acts rude.
I have paid all my rent checks on time. However, a friend of mine was threatened to be evicted after the check was ONE DAY late.
