I too was duped after almost 2 months of Jenna sending me emails, I finally gave in. I told her that I had been unemployed for 18 months and couldn't afford the $60 fee that she wanted. Jenna agreed to lower her rate to $15, I then gave her my credit card number along with the CCV code on the back. That was yesterday... When I woke up this morning, something in the back of my mind kept nagging at me. It was strange how relentless she was about being the only one who "help" me. All I had to do was send her money and she would produce a report that would help me make the best out of this "incredible transit" that I was about to go through.
I did a search on her and found this page with everyone's usacomplaints.com. Wow! Am I glad that you all took the time to file these reports because I immediately called my credit card company at 6:00am and did a charge back and then closed my account. I had them issue me a new credit card number so that she wouldn't have access to my account number any longer.
For those of you who are wondering how to get your money back, simply contact your credit card company and tell them what happened and that you'd like to do a "charge back" on it. They will then begin an investigation on it as well as initiate getting your funds back.
This woman needs to be stopped obviously. I normally don't get taken so easily, but being out of work for so long, I was desperate to get answers as to when or if things would begin to change for me. It's really a shame because there are plenty of astrologers out there who are authentic. It's people like "Jenna" that ruin it for the rest of them. It will be interesting to see if she contacts me again when my credit card company begins the charge back today. I'm just grateful that complaint was here to verify the uneasy feelings I had about the whole thing.
My lesson here was... If something seems strange or makes you uncomfortable, check it out before you give out any credit card numbers. My heart goes out to everyone on this list.
