I am writing this report to put this information out there because it needs to be told. Where do I start? First, this "law firm" sexually harass its female employees.

The biggest harasser is dirtbag Kevin Simmons, nothing more than a dirty old man who snapped his secretary's bra strap in front of all the employees at the firm summer picnic one year. He's lucky she didn't sue. This jerk likes to think he's a great lawyer (and this is to make up for the fact that he comes from a family of deadbeat con artists). But his collegues think he's a moron, and from firsthand experience with the dink it's true; he don't know his head from his a*. He lies to clients promising them that he can handle cases which he has no experience with and knows he has no business taking, and then the thief collects huge payments from them. It's no wonder clients have left this firm in droves.

And if you get pregnant, forget it. Any woman that has worked there can tell you that when you start, all 4 partners will compliment your work, but when you're pregnant, you might as well kiss your job goodbye. Kevin and his co-dirtbags will start making your life hell. For instance, one attorney that used to work there, they were impressed with her work and told her so. But several months later, she made the mistake of telling them she was pregnant and from that day on they made her life hell until she quit. Her work "suddenly" became "substandard". Half the time she wasn't in the office because these asses sent her an hour and a half away to appear for these bastards in court. And scumbag Kevin would yell at her on a daily basis and rip apart her work. Well, Kevin YOU suck and your work sucks!

Then they had a disabled secretary working there. She wanted to have a baby for so long but these jerks tried to ruin that for her. She has to adopt because of her disability and anyone that has ever adopted knows this is a long, strenuous process. She worked her way up from being a pool secretary to being dirtbag Kevin's secretary. Then as soon as she found out her adoption was going through, guess what? She got demoted and then two months later got fired. These scumbags claim it's because she was missing too much time from work, but she wasn't. It was because she was going to have her baby and they would have to give her maternity leave. There are many more stories like this, but I think that gives everyone the idea.

Kevin also likes to insult his employees and call them idiots; and as anyone knows you just have to bite your lip and take it because you don't want to lose your job. The dirtbag even blames the employees for his screw ups. He also does this probably because of the fact that he knows he's a moron so he has to cut down other people to make himself feel better. He has to have help turning on his computer and don't even know how to use e-mail. He also likes to call his employees such colorful words as "fag" and imply that all his male employees are homosexual. And then he pretends to like opera and classical music to make himself seem "cultured, " but this sorry excuse for a human being doesn't even know what he's listening to.

Then there's Kevin's dirtbag partners. Tom Stagg, who's impotent and the person you would think would have been sympathetic to the secretary that has to adopt, but chose to fire her anyway. He's arrogant to the point you just want to smack him. I guess his parents didn't spank him enough as a child. He also has the mentality of a 13 year old girl because he likes to gossip about his secretary's personal life behind her back.

Then there's Donald Wabnik, oops, I mean Deborah. This bitch is a closet lesbian but hasn't realized it yet (there's a reason you can't keep boyfriends honey, and it's not just because of your bland personality). But her being a lesbian is really an insult to lesbians because this bitch is butt ugly. He has a mop for hair, wears outdated and frumpy 80s shoulder-pad suits and she has an irritating squeaky voice which makes her sound like she's about 12 years old. She's another one who thinks she's great but she don't know her head from her a* either. She's supposed to do mortgage foreclosures, but she has no clue what the hell she's doing half the time. She also likes to yell at employees a lot, too. But it's actually funny to listen to because of her squeaky voice.By the way you dirtbag bitch, there's a reason they never added your name to the firm after you were made a partner; it's because you're getting screwed over by your slimeball partners too!

Then there's the last one, Steve Jannace. He's just kind of there, but his guilt is in associating himself with the rest of these dirtbags.

There's no reward for being smart at this loser firm, you only get ahead by kissing a lot of butt. They promise you Christmas bonuses at the job interview, but they have never paid any out. Why? Because every year starting around Thanksgiving they will start claim your "work is substandard and they don't reward that." But mysteriously your work improves again around April. They promise partnership after 7 years, but no one survives this hellhole for that long. Turnover at this firm is about 85-95% a year. And if all that didn't give you an idea what slime buckets these people are, these bastards started their firm by stealing clients from another firm they all used to work for.

Last, I have to say this sorry excuse for a firm, and sorrier excuses for people, practices racial and sexual discrimination in hiring employees. So I don't know who they think they are fooling when just recently they hired a bunch of women and minorities. The dirtbags must have gotten scared of getting sued by some former employee, and God knows they would deserve it. For years on end, this firm has had nothing but white men working for it, 95% of the attorneys are men (including Deborah), 0% were minorities. You're not fooling anyone you dirbags! But I'm sure once the slimeballs are not scared of getting sued anymore, they will fire all these newly hired employees.

Someone out there needs to stick it to these bastards and sue them and I hope it comes soon!
