Dealt with Melissa Vivenzio, in Tampa. Went to check there models out on 301, after faxing her numerous things to get qualified. Definately glad I went in. She dropped the ball from the start. Couldn't find my file, of what I was looking for. Now keep in mind I had spoken on the phone to her at least 15 times. Had no clue of what I was looking for nor could she be more of a air head!!!
Just overall bad experience. Im in property management, I speak with prospects on the phone all the time and can remember general criteria for what someone is looking for.
Kept pressuring me to sign this contract, and could careless about what I was looking for. I feel she is the perfect example of why I can't stand sales people!
Self centered, the whole package.
