When i was hired on the 6th of september tim blackwell (human resources manager) and shawn pipkins (operations manager) both asked me what was the easiest way to falsify my log books (for truck driving) and told me that they require that their drivers sometimes run over the hours of service. Which is very illegal as you drivers know. I made one hot shot run for them that was a 1350 mile round trip in 23 hours after working 9 hours in their maintenance shop. After i got back they wanted me to make another run to dallas, tx again after working all day. They told me after i had delivered the boat that i had to make three training runs with them before i would get paid for any of them. They called it driver retention. They say they are trying to be the safest company in oklahoma but they ask you to run exhausting hours and then tell you that they arent going to pay you. The driver before me quit when they told him to drive 1 hour over his 11 to get their boat to a dealer who was crying.
