LLC Sales rep sales tell you different thing and never delivered

Sales Rep promise to customize our own business web site beside their marketing domain name but never did. Also to promise to refund the fee but never did, now nobody claim to have the sales rep name in the company and still billing us for their stupid web domain name which I do not know what it is.
