Unauthorized charges ripoff

I have a credit card for my company, which is non-profit.

3 months we were charged $14.95 to this company which were all unauthorized.

I have called 6 times and faxed the company (as directed by them) twice to no avail.

They are very difficult to work with and keep asking for my credit card number, which I refuse to give them. I had to have that account closed and was issued a new credit card because of them. How do I get the money back?
