This is one of those scams that everyone should be on the lookout for. There is NO WAY this can be, PLUS they will USE your personal info to screw you over so bad you will not know what hit ya! STAY AWAY and DO NOT REPLY. I did, I just told "FRANK" that I was proud to forward his email to the Ohio Attorney General's Office. Hope that they will get caught!!!
