I ordered the free coupon for ciggarest, they took 103.98 for this offer that i did not ask for Ripoff Internet

I got the free trial offer for ciggarest. We used it but we did not pay for anything else.
When I went to use my pre paid visa card on something else I found out that they has taken 103.98 for a produst i did not order.
I am calling the toll free number and am complaining to them.
