I listed my car with these people on 06 Dec 06. I was approached by "Kent" with the sales pitch telling me so many were looking for a car like mine I would be inundated with phone calls. He promised a 90 money back guarantee if it was not sold. He assured me it would be so he took my money via credit card and I waited. No phone calls about the ad/car at all. Waited my 90 days and contacted them.
Spoke to a lady named Jane and was informed of the correct from needed to claim my refund. Duly filled out the form had it notarised by a lawyer, (as stated on the from) and sent it off. That was 09 March 07, received a letter from the accounts dept on 21 Mar 07 stating the refund would take 8- 10 weeks to process. Sent them an e mail after 8 weeks from this date and it is undeliverable.
So I am obviously not going to get any refund anytime soon. These people need to be brought to task as soon as possible, I have told as many people I know who intend to list vehicles to not deal with anyone who tells them they will sell the item for them. If it is tht hot then why dont they buy it themselves. Great Cars and Trucks my eye.
Thanks for allowing this forum to exist and lets hope something can be done for me and countless others.
