I ordered two (2) magazines January 12. After waiting the "4 to 6 weeks" and no magazine in my mailbox, and the other not being renewed, I began what turned out to be a fruitless web-pal correspondence!
Their every reply to my inquiry was a return email saying they'd get back to me ASAP.
Their "look up and cancel" option does not work.
They do not list a phone number nor do they tell you their address in New York.
Now it appears they've changed their name. The last email I received from them had a return email address of: My1Mag Support".
