Her first name is Cheryl, and her last name is Merrill. This woman has admited to being a thief and being convicted of running from the cops, so she is a criminal. She is lying, sending death threats via email, and attempting to blackmail people into taking down remarks critical of her activities, all the while maintaining her rights to criticize others. Then she threatens to sue when she is the one who should be sued.
She is attempting to cut off other's free speech and violate their civil rights by doing so.
