Harrassment & False Claims From RPM, BCI, Supposedly For A SPRINT Bill Supposed Sprint Bill owed without paperwork or documentation - Phone Harrassment & threat to sue

Last October I received a phone call from an irate man who said I owed Sprint thousands of dollars. I want you to realize this man was screaming at me when I picked up the phone to say Hello!

I said I don't owe Sprint anything and who are you. But the man kept screaming - like a crazy person saying you know you owe this money and. I cut him off and again asked for his name, I asked for a supervisor, I asked the name of his company and I got no response. He wanted me to give him money - it was completely nuts. But the screaming shook me up. I hung up.

He called back three times, each time screaming and cursing at me. I have never owed Sprint more then my current bill - he said I owed them money for years. I told him I had only opened an account with them four months earlier. Again I hung up.

I called the police and they said to continue to hang up and if he showed up at my door to call 911. I was shaking.

He called again, this time I gave the phone to my husband. My husband asked who he was and what it was about, got only that I owed Sprint thousands of dollars (I think it was $3,000) The man would not respond to any of my husbands questions and so my husband hung up.

That was the last I heard from this strange person until last week -

I received a call from a person who sounded reasonable, his accent so heavy I could barely make out what he said, but he also told me I owed Sprint money - now it was $7,000 and that I must pay this or he would have to send it on and I would be very sorry.

I told him I don't owe Sprint old bills. I told him I have never had an account with Sprint until last June and that that bill is paid regularly. I said if I owe this money why have I never received a bill? Why does it not show on my credit report? I said who are you and he did not answer. I hung up.

This morning the same man - at least it was a man with the same sounding voice and accent - left a message on my machine. This time he gave a supposed company name - BCI and he said something about the company he was collecting for, as best as I could make it out, he said it was for Cesar Irving, designation corporator? This is the best I could gather from his heavy accent.

But when I came to the net and found someone here with an incident like mine - a crazy screaming person - the name they had was Receivable Performance Management and their experience involved sprint - so maybe that is the company. I really have no idea.

The report I read here indicated the same disgusting type conversations that I had last Fall. A man cursing and screaming on the phone. So I am guessing that is who is behind this issue.

I have done what the police told me to do. I have asked for names addresses and numbers but until now I have not received any. Today the man who called left a number - 866-216-3673 and even gave an extension number of 536. He did not give a name and said the company name is BCI

I found one report here with those letters but no one is connecting them to Sprint.

Anyway, I called the Attorney General and they told me not to call the number. That it sounds like a scam and they may be trying to get information.

If anyone else has had a situation like this please let me know what you did and how it turned out.
