We purchased some clothes at motherhood store located inside Edison Mall in Fort Myers. After two months parenting.com charge us $20. How they got my card#? Or authorization or address? Motherhood gave them everything!!!
Do not buy anything at motherhood, they will give your personal data to other companies and you will find these "surprises" on your card statements.
I called parenting.com and was told they will refund my money between 3 to 10 business days. No apologies or anything, they said probably motherhood fail to explain my "membership" (what membership?)
practically "passing the ball" to them, but in reality, if you want to sell something to a customer you must have the customer's authorization directly not from 3rd parties, that is the right way of doing business, not "automatic renewals" or "automatic subscriptions".
I will not recommend to buy anything at motherhood nor do any business with parenting.com
