Frankie was being poisoned in Texas from August to February.

She has been known to conduct such heinous crimes such as Theft, Check Forgery, Hospital FRAUD, social security FRAUD, mail FRAUD, Internet FRAUD, cell phone FRAUD, house phone FRAUD, credit card FRAUD, identity FRAUD... And much more. Some of this we can not go into detail due to legal issues and there is more that can not be put on here as well... At the moment. After she was caught by the victim, she RAN from Wimberley, Texas; from where this originated.
This Evil Woman has reeled in her big fish of the year and probably thinks she has got away with it. Frankie was an actor to whom was approached by this woman as an independent Film Writer / Producer via email on his Fan Club Web Site. Frankie spent lots of time reviewing and helping to change a lot of the Native language on one of the scripts via phone correspondence with this woman. Frankie's current Fan Club President at the time knew of this correspondence with this evil woman as they spoke quite often. This Evil Woman flew out to Los Angeles for a meeting with some people that were involved in the project. She also wanted to meet with Frankie while she was in the area to give Frankie a copy of the screen plays and discuss the project and shooting date. She asked Frankie to pick her up at the airport in Burbank, California. After the meeting Frankie decided to accept the project and waited for her to get back in touch with him. She flew out to Los Angeles a second time and told Frankie that the project had all the funding and Frankie needed to be in Texas in August to learn Native Language for this project. He temporarily moved to Wimberley, Texas to train for the part as he awaited the production that was suppose to start in December. She offers him room and board until then. At this time Frankie is renting out his rear guest house in Los Angeles, CA.
Frankie was so trusting and unaware of the crimes she was committing while he was concentrating on his career on what he thought was a VALID MOVIE OFFER. While he was preparing for the film, she was slithering in, preparing to screw his life up... She was forging his checks, used his social security number to purchase cell phones, credit cards, and much more. Time went on and apparently excuses were made to why the film never started. Frankie was giving money to pay for food, gas etc on a monthly basis until mid 2001 to help out as this is how Frankie was. The production never started shooting in Dec of her excuse was the investors backed out as she puts it. This evil woman even had a man call the house and pose as a director of the up coming project and wanted Frankie to be assured the project was going to shoot soon. She explained that they had new investors and the project would be delayed only a few months. Frankie agreed to stay and wait. After a few months the project had another problem and Frankie said "I need to work and can no longer give you money". He explained that he needed to get back to Los Angeles and work. She said that the new investors gave her some monies toward the project and that she wrote a book which she received $20,000.00 up front to complete the book and make changes for the publishers. And again convinced Frankie to stay without Frankie having to pay for anything.
Then Sept 11 disaster hit which was a terrible time for everyone throughout the world. The project was then changed to one of her other scripts which was suppose to shoot in New York. The plan was to donate monies to help the state of New York. Frankie then began learning to play the guitar and was taking singing lessons for the Rock and Roll film. After sometime this evil woman was stealing Frankie's tenant rent money for quite sometime which forced Frankie's house into foreclosure. The tenants decided NOT to pay the rent since the house was in foreclosure. This evil woman then got into Frankie's private e-mail without his permission impersonating as "Frankie" trying to SELL his house for under market value. She even asked them to write to another email address. She told them the rent must be paid even though they had an agreement to buy Frankie's house. When the rent wasn't paid, this evil woman had no choice but to let Frankie know his house was in foreclosure. So she came home on February 7 and says your house is in foreclosure. Frankie says, "How, why?" She says "I don't know, call them." Frankie calls his tenants in front of her. The tenants say your house has been in foreclosure since Sept. Frankie told them that is impossible but regardless you need to pay the rent as long as you are living there. Frankie told his tenants he would call them back later. After Frankie hung up the phone this evil woman said, "I'll call my friend's lawyer don't worry, I'll take care of it." Frankie spent the rest of the day calling the mortgage companies and found out that the rent had not been paid since Sept. This evil woman came home the next day with a letter that her attorney had faxed over to them. Frankie called the tenants and they said there was no phone number and no attorney that exists in Texas by the name on the letter faxed to them. Frankie was alone at home and starts to pack. He had boxes at the front door and he was still packing waiting for her come home. She came home and he asked for the faxed letter. She showed him a copy of the letter with NO letter head and NO phone number on it. He asked where was the phone number, Frankie wanted to call the attorney. She said he moved offices and she did not have his new phone number. Frankie then realized, and said, "where is my money for the rent payments that were suppose to be made." She said, "I don't know." Frankie said, "I'm leaving." The Evil Woman started to cry, which she was observed to do quite often with (crocodile tears). Apparently she begged him not to leave. Frankie was so upset and in tears because all that he had built and acquired through his tough life was going to be auctioned off and gone. This Evil Woman cried and said, "don't leave after everything I've done for you!" She went on and on and finally realizes that Frankie was leaving no matter what. She said, "let me pick up my daughter from school first. I'll drop my two kids off at my friend's house and we can get to the bottom of this." She left and Frankie finished packing to leave.
Frankie went outside to bring the garbage cans in, when two Sheriff Deputy cars rolled into the drive way. They told him he was under arrest for assault, charged by his roommate. This Evil Woman had him FASLEY ARRESTED! While Frankie was being detained, she made her get-away to Jeffersonville, Indiana. It only took her 6 days to clean up, store, sell things and leave. There were no charges on Frankie because before she left, she said it was all a big mistake, the accusation was NOT TRUE, and released charges by filing a NON-Prosecution Affidavit. Which we have a copy of. Note: Frankie has NEVER been convicted of a Felony in is entire life! He was released with no charges against him. He also had No money, No car, No way to get back to LA and did not KNOW a sole there to help him. Luckily, we were told. A few friends came to his aid. After some time, he found out what was going on. Frankie's mail that was being forwarded to a PO Box in to Texas since August was being intercepted by this Evil Woman. She also had another private address which Frankie went to and found stacks of over due bills from all sorts of creditors using Frankie's Social Security number but changed his first name to many different aliases. She put in "a change of address" and signed Frankie's name to the card. During Frankie's stay in Texas, she picked up his mail. She only passed on some of his mail including a few residual checks from Films, TV, etc. She was forging Frankie's name and cashing these checks the whole time he was in Wimberley, Texas. Frankie was unaware of this until later on when he received his W-2's for the year. She was using his identity to her advantage, raping his credit, his good name, and bank accounts. He is now a victim of "Identity Theft" which has been reported to The Federal Trade Commission, Social Security Fraud Dept., Credit Bureau's, etc. Frankie had done all the footwork, supplied the evidence to the Hayes County Sheriff's Department in February. That should be enough to arrest her, which would lead to an investigation for the Federal charges. But yet The Hayes County Sheriffs Dept aka "Mayberry" are sitting on their duffs eating Aunt Bea's pie, while this Evil Woman is still free.
Why? The same answer was given to us as it was to Frankie... Not enough funds to cross the state lines!
Since this has happened, "Frankie" has had to put his promising career on hold for some time now due to the damage this woman has done to him (and to his good name and credit), He was forced to move out of his home and keep a low profile due to harassment and threats from this Evil Woman. Frankie has lost some irreplaceable possessions he acquired through his lifetime. Not to mention the debt this woman caused from the items missing after she RAN from TEXAS to INDIANA while he was detained. And most of all, picking up the pieces of his life from his emotional torment, as well.
Apparently, in order to prosecute this woman, it has to start where it all began and where the reports are filed. With your help, justice for Frankie and all other victims will help to catch her. For all the other victims of her poison out there, contact your local law enforcement and tell them to contact Hayes County Sheriff's Department in Wimberley, Texas and demand JUSTICE.in the meantime, watch out for her venomous fangs, once her poison gets into your veins, your life will never be the same. It is not right to FALSELY arrest someone for something they did not do, when there are tons of criminals out there that NEED to be arrested for things they have done...
