I have not become a victim of this "company". However I have been a victim of this type of fraud and I can tell that it is what it is. Their website, though it appears professional, is a very simple website and in no way uses traditional practices of hiring.
The scam is, they hire you to receive a money order in the mail, you deposit into your bank account which will receive an initial hold. The money orders are actually fake, so you will get about 100$ from the deposit until the money order clears. Then you take the money and transfer it through Western Union to an address, one of their "partners". You're supposed to be able to take out your 10% from the money when it clears from your bank, but by then the money order has been canceled.
Since this particular scam has decided to prompt me, and give a website, I think someone should fight back at them.
