Royal foundation lotto

It says that they sent me a check for 2,997.90 and i have to send 2,845.00 to my norht american agent and then they would send me a check for 120,000.00 and then they have to take out 6,000.00 for taxs and then i would get a check for 114,000.00..

But i deposited the check and a week later it didnt clear i called them and they said it was my banks fault but it wouldnt clear..
