Ripoff fraudulent Credit Card Charge consumer fraud ripoff

I just received my Visa statement and found a charge of $69.95 from NSS for Soap Opera Digest. I never ordered this magazine and I throw it away with the rest of the junk mail. I have no idea how this agency got my Visa number. I disputed the charge and filed a complaint with the Consumer Protection Agency. This is fraud plain and simple and deserves criminal investigation.
