My wife ordered a chandelier from spectrum we recieved it and i tried to assemble the chandelier
Bare in mind I have put many chandeliers together and worked in a car assembly factory
It was impossible to read the diagram it looked like a 3year old made it
Part of the chandelier that was assembled was assembled incrrectly
They probably gave me a return product. I finally had an liscenced and insured electrician put it together and it was no problem for him
It only took him 6 and ahalf hours to assemble it no exaggeration then finally when we had it mounted to the cieling it was time to add the crystals.
We were very exited and figured once the crystals were on that would more than make up for the hastle.
Fat chance we realized there was no diagram to tell us where to put the more than 1000 crystals.
We contacted the company they were pretty nice considering i probably came off like an maniac and steam was coming off my head
The lady gave me a link where i could see the diagram this diagram looked like a 2 year old made it i cant make out anything

Also we did not recieve half of the crystal we were suppose to get.
The lady told me to review the parts diagam and tell her what crystals we are missing witch is impossible because again you cannot make out anything on the paper.
At this point we are just going to invent our own way of putting the crystals on.
Please somebody file a lawsuit against these crooks
Isnt it just as easy to do things the right way than it is to things the wrong way im sure ther are many more people with complaints that havnt filed
But please take the time to do so I know there is a good chance of getting pickpocketed in new york but i didnt know their arms have gotten so long also customer service rep

And dont even think of getting your money back should have been a red flag
