Without warning, they cancelled my account and insisted that I return the lap top and package.in the same e-mail they claimed that it was brought to there attention that I had cancelled all further business with Startup Essentials and it's affiliates. This was surprising because I had been trying to activate and confirm that I had received there shipment. They refuse to return my calls and they refuse to answer my emails. I've been trying to find out if they also cancelled the lease.
Could this be a conspiricy with there partner A-1 Leasing to force me to pay the $140. For 48 months for absolutely nothing? There was nothing in the terms about this.
What should I do? Is this a breeh to the terms of agreement. Should I refuse to return the lap top?
I noticed that the computer doesn't have any of the software that was suppose to be included and it's very slow in doing anything.
So, what can I do about this?
