You must first register with them (this provides a way to track them) You must also provide some form of email address (another way to try to track) If you make a purchase, pay by bill point or paypall or Credit card. To get money from either of the first two you must have a bank account. (perfect way to track) or a wirefund (another perfect wa to track) and furthermore... If there is a posting or a sale then Ebay wants their portion or commision. (this must include a back account or credit card to register with ebay) funds are automatically deducted. (another way to track. I am somewhat of a security engineer so I am sure that with minimal effort these people could be brought down one at a time.
