Ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing

Hi my name is tasha union workers sent me a platinum card that they said if i sent in 37 dollars that they would rush me my card. So i need its been like 7 days and they have not did anything i have not reveided my card yet. So i went to check on the internet and this web site came up ripoff and thats when i knoww that i had been rip the * off.
