They never send the parts I paid for. $ 779,41 was paid by PayPal Ripoff

On June 26.2006 I ordred some Motorcycle Part from CDMOTO and paid $ 779,41 via PayPal.
I have tried several times to get into kontact with the company by mail, but I never got any reply.
I have contacted PayPal, but I had unfortunatly exceeded their 45 days limited claim periode.
