My grandson was called on his job and asked to do a survey. His reading interest and other personal interest information was taped during this phone survey.
When an invoice arrived in the mail, he was surprized to learn that he had entered a contract to purchase $600.00 worth of magazine suscriptions during his phone survey conversation with this company.
My grandson is 21 years of age and presently resides in my home. He used my address during this phone survey. I now have magazines filling my mailbox on a weekly basis. I have written to the company and asked them to stop sending these magazines to my address.
I believe my grandson was totally unaware of these telemarketing sharks and was attacked unfairly into a contract with this company.
