I have received two sepreate mailings from AMDN INC. The first one received on 10/24/06 notifying me of unawarded funds totaling $2,023, 412. That I shold complete, sign, and return the notification form with the required $20.00 to receive confidential entry and claim for the full amount.
Second mailing was a certified letter also received on 10/24/06 a forfeiture notification regarding unawarded funds. The letter stated that upon receipt of enclosed access form according to their records delivery shall be made to my address in the amount of $12,492, 749.00 upon receipt of the form filled out and accompanied with $100.00 required fee in a timely manner to prevent forfeiture of any and all claim to said money.
